Get a joja membership and the community center will be demolished but will be much easier to get the town upgrades since joja just asks for money.
Membership is available once the community center is unlocked.
No worrying about drops or bundles everyhting is bought with money so you can get done quick.

Ever since joja corporation came to town the old ways of life have all but disappeared.
Are there any negitive sides from siding with joja.
For example if you don t like animals you can just earn money and buy the town improvements no relying on the traveling.
